About Us
The CFM Workshop is delivered by Tiernan Quality Consulting (TQC) in collaboration with RosterCoster.com.
This collaboration brings together a long-standing working relationship in respect of CFM consulting and tools development between Christine Tiernan of TQC and Damien Ryan-Green of RosterCoster.com. Christine and Damien have each spent more than twenty years working with people with disabilities in a wide range of roles including direct care, line management, project work, policy development and systems development.
The workshop is facilitated by Christine, who has the necessary knowledge-base in relation to quality assurance and CFM, and is supported by Damien, who has been developing online resources and CFM tools for Christine and CSOs for many years.
Our Method

- An overview by Christine of an organisation’s obligations (for example, relevant legislation and policy requirements) with respect to CFM
- An introduction to available tools and resources, and how organisations in the sector link into these
- Towards best practice, exposure to sector-wide practices
- A discussion on a best way forward: what does your organisation need, and what does it not need?
