Help! My PC didn't crash, but I've lost my files anyway!
The first thing to do is to search your PC for the missing files. For example, make a search on the following text:
- OVRAMT;
- Manual Handling; or
- Auto Updater
If you don't know how to 'search' like this, ask your staff: someone will know how.
After you have tried this, then:
We may, over the phone, arrange to restore your files with all or most of the data using information stored in central databases. (Every time yuou submit information to a manager, this data gets stored on a central server.)
