Help! My screen does not look like the picture below!
Step 1.1 Close everything down, so that you're left with a blank screen
Step 1.2 Double-click 'My Computer' and then double-click 'F Drive'
N.b. you may, as is the case below, still be able to "see" your blue desktop. But if you can't, don't worry. We'll sort that out further below.
Step 1.3 Double-click your way into 'F:\RosterCoster\Tools'
That is, double-click on F Drive as shown above, then double-click on 'RosterCoster', then double-click on 'Tools'.
Step 1.4 Make the 'icons' to the right look as big as possible
That is, click View / Thumbnails
Step 1.5 Make sure you can see at least a bit of your desktop around the edges of the screen
To do this, you need to click (maybe one or two times - just click and click till you can 'see some blue') on the 'Restore Down / Maximize button' in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
By the way, if you want to see even more blue, try dragging the edges of the box further into the middle of the screen. Just make sure you can still see icons when you are finished.
Step 1.6 Scroll down till you can see the EMSOnline icon
To do this, drag the little grey bar to the right of the screen up and down.
