EMSGateway (known within DHS as EMSOnline) is the intranet-based arm of our web-based platform RosterCoster.com.
In general, training for the various tools hosted on these platforms is the responsibility of the various project managers who ordered those tools. However, you may find a benefit in arranging training sessions for your staff in the use of EMSOnline itself, and how to get the most out of it.
These sessions are not backfilled, and usually consist of a 1.5 hour session within team meetings, and is a set format with 30 minutes question and answer time.
In general, we ask for a number of sessions to be booked in a single area on a single day, to keep costs low.
Finally, we maintain a database for you that tracks all participants.
