Useful information
 
RosterCoster policy on incrementing. Fees are incremented on January 1 of each year. These increments are tied to the most recent increment used by DHS in its unit pricing of CSOs. In the case of quotations, where a future increment must be accounted for in advance, the most recent DHS increment is used, and is not adjusted during the lifetime of the contract.
