REMS (Resident Funds Expenditure Management)
Log an order or request, or phone Christine Tiernan, product contact, on 0419 521 698. Permission to use the brand "REMS" was kindly provided to us by Ivanhoe Diamond Valley Centre. An early version of REMS was a standalone tool built by Margaret Gibson, then with DHS.
This tool found its way into the CSO sector, then from there onto us via multiple CSOs for upgrading. Among other things, the tool links 'housekeeping budgets' to 'client financial plans'. Features and benefits include:

Client names are 'drop down' out of EMSOnline, along with house names and staff names.

No standalone 'files' - this means that if a supervisor creates a financial plan, for example, then a manager can see it.

EMSOnline workflows - a supervisor 'submits' budgets to management electronically, and electronic signatures are sufficient all the way through to and including the final, printed, approved version.
