Letter of introduction

A letter to our customers from Jandapac Pty Ltd T/A RosterCoster, suppliers of online rostering at  www.RosterCoster.com, and of EMSOnline and its apps and projects.

Dear customer

Thank you for your interest in our apps and projects.

Now that we have established contact with you as a disability or like service, we hope to maintain the relationship.

We are primarily suppliers of software systems for disability and like services, however our background and our values are that we are disability services professionals first. For example:

  • Our team has had input into better services for people with disabilities since the early 1980s, when we were actively engaged in the lead-up to the IDPS Act 1986 and deinstitutionalisation, and ever since, every step of the way; and

  • Since branching out from our direct employment with the Department of Human Services and various community services organisations from 1999 onwards, we have been successfully providing apps and projects to the disability services sector.

  • As we enter the 2010s, we are now confident that no other provider of software for disability services do so for as many accommodation settings in the State of Victoria as we do.
Please don't hesitate to contact our team of disability services professionals on any matter at all*.

Our contact details are Christine Tiernan (phone 0419 521 698), Claude Staub (ph 0433 888 889) and Damien Ryan-Green (ph 0438 388 922).

Kind regards

The team at Jandapac T/A RosterCoster

*If you would like to work through your priorities in the context of what might and might not be available to the sector, and the cost benefits of various options, please feel free to ring Christine, Claude or Damien to discuss our half day workshop assessment of needs workshop. We propose that the benefits of engaging us for this half-day workshop, to which we bring the sum total of our wide engagement with the sector, along with our combined experience in disability services, is a demonstrated cost-benefit.
